Cowboys Practice Arena Collapses

Saturday may 2 at the dallas cowboys practice arena it was raining but nothing out of the ordinary. During the rookie training camp winds almost as strong as a tornado ripped through the roof of there practice facility. When they were trying to get out coach Joe DeCamillis broke several vertebra in his back and 11 other people were injured. MEterologist said a microburst at the top of the facility could have caused the wind to be over 70 mph.

Goofy Looking Robber

A man in washington state has held up four banks disguising himself as a woman even though its not very believable. The FBI has named this man the Man Hands Bandit. They call him this because he dresses like a woman but it isn't believable because of his huge hands. The bank robberies haven't been violent but it has the FBI "laughing"

Devestating Knockout

The big boxing fight that was being advertised alot was Manny Pacquiao and Ricky Hatton. These two guys had been trash talking to each other alot coming into the fight. Late in the second round Pacquaio landed a big left hand straight to the face of Hatton and it was over immediatly. This fight was scheduled to be 12 rounds so Pacquiao basically destroyed Hatton. Pacquiao retained his title as the best pound for pound fighter.

Hit list

an ohio 3rd grader was expelled this week from his school. Why? O its because the teacher found a hit list in his desk. Yeah a hit list with people and some teachers he wanted to kill. The boy was expelled from the school when the list was found. The authorities are still investigating the case but no charges have been made yet.

Hiker Missing

A legally blind hiker is missing on the appalachian trail. Kenneth Knight is a 41 year old magazine editor who went hiking with friends. He is an experienced hiker and has hiked the trail many times before. There has been continuous search efforts made by canine units and helicopters but he hasn't been found yet.

One million miles

Can your car actually run for one million miles? Yes it can and some people have even gone over 2 million. Irv Gordon has a 1996 volvo that he has clocked 2.6 million miles on with everyday driving. The experts say that the way to make your car reach a million miles is to follow the maintence schedule and check your fluids and tire pressure regularly.

Massive cave

In the vietnamese jungle a group of explorers have found the worlds biggest cave entrance. The entrance measures 656 feet high and 492 feet across. The name of this cave is the mountain river cave. Malaysias deer cave was the previous record holding cave. The new cave is twice as big as the malaysia deer cave.
