More problems in Mexico

Yesterday in Tijuana Mexico 7 police officers were killed in the timespan of only an hour. It all started outside a convient store when four police officers three man and a woman were gunned down by masked criminals. when the bodies were found there were over 200 empty bullet casings on the ground surronding the bodies. These killings could be related to the city trying to get rid of all the corrupt cops. since 2006 the police force has fired almost 250 officers that were known to be corrupt.

Stupid?

In local dallas news a man has a new and unique way of trying to steal an ATM. He used a bulldozer to break through the wall of a local walgreens and steal the ATM. This was the third time this month that something like this has already happened. Pretty crazy. This man who hasnt been caught stole a bulldozer and then drove it through a walgreens. I dont have any idea of what is going on in this guys head when he thinks hes going to actually get away with an atm by stealing it with a bulldozer.

Genius?

Willa Chen a michigan high school senior has done something that i've never heard of. She managed to score a perfect score on her SAT, ACT and PSAT. This is crazy. How do you get a perfect score on all 3? She is reportedly not a book worm or a super huge studier, but described as a down to earth girl with a good sense of humor. This is the most looked up story on time.com. over anything political or stuff like that.

No Hit Streak

Patrick Schuster’s Of Mitchell Highschool was pitching for his fifth consecutive no hitter in his district game. During his four games of no hitters he had put together 60 strike outs which is amazing. How he threw four no hitters i couldnt tell you. A no hitter is something that doesnt happen much, but to throw four no hitter in a row is unbelievable. He didnt get his fifth no hitter and there team lost the game but he will hold a record for a long time to come.

Patient Zero Identified

Patient Zero is referring to the first person to get the swine flu. 5-year-old Edgar Hernandez was the first person known to have contracted the swine flu. He lives in a small mountain village with pig farms all around it. He managed to get over the flu saying that ice cream made him feel better. But not everyone in mexico was so lucky. More than 160 people have died already and over 2500 have been diagnosed with the swine flu. If this continues to spread rapidly in the U.S. this could cause a huge problems.

Rocks or Nintendo?

When a florida teen opens his birthday present and finds a new nintendo ds he is very excited and why shouldnt he be. This excitement would soon be disappointment. After tearing off the plastic wraping and protective stuff he opened the box only to find Chinese newspaper and lots of rocks. What. How this happend or why i dont know. The mother who had bought the gift immediatly took the gift back to walmart and walmart told her she would have to contact nintendo. Eventually walmart gave her a full refund and a gift card. How can a huge store like walmart sell products filled with rocks?

Gregg Valentino

Gregg Valentino. Many people might not know this name but they know the man associated with it. The reason everyone knows who he is, is because of the massive arms he developed when he was on steroids. He is known as the man whos arms exploded started bodybuilding at a young age but decided he wasn't big enough and started taking steroids. Before taking steroids he had 21 inch biceps which are pretty big but after taking steroids his biceps went to 28 inches. This guy was the most ridiculous person i had ever seen because he had ungodly huge biceps. He was eventually arrested and lost his gym due to his use and the sell of steroids. Crazy

NBA Playoffs

Growing up in Dallas i have always been a mavs fan. In the first round of the playoffs this year the mavs had to play the san antonio spurs. many people believed that the spurs were going to take this series. I always thought that the mavs would win this one. And that is exactly what happened. The mavs ended up taking the series in 5 games. the game we ended up losing was a pretty bad loss but other than that we pretty much dominated. GO MAVS!

The Masters

The masters is one of the oldest and most known of all the majors played on the PGA tour. Growing up i started playing golf at a young age and began to love the masters. Well this year Angel Cabrera ended up taking the title by beating kenny perry and chad campbell in a playoff. This was the second major that he had one and he did it in good fashion. Every year the masters is very exciting and is something i look forward to watching for many years to come

Truck Jacked

On April 28th i turned on the T.V. to see a man riding on the back of an 18 wheeler without the trailer. Apparently the man had had his truck stolen in a parking lot in Forsyth Georgia. After his truck was stolen he stayed on the back of it and the suspect took the truck to highway 75. When i started watching the truck was going very slow with about 20 police cars following right behind. Then the man who owned the truck jumped off the back and the police eventually forced the suspect out of the big rig. I think this guy is completly stupid for stealing an 18 wheeler and then taking it to the highway.

Pontiac Dead?

Recently it has been anounced in the news that the pontiac car company will no longer be making cars. This is pretty crazy news to me because i see pontiacs everywhere i drive and know many people who own them. Pontiac isn't the only one being effected by the new gov. standards. Mustangs with v8s might also become harder to get or might stopped being produced. I think this is ridiculous. What do you think?

Mascots

The first school i ever went to had a lion as the mascot and the rest of the schools i went to after that were the lions. I dont know if this is just a weird conicedence that happened where i live or if that happens where you grew up. What were the mascots at the schools you attended and which one was your favorite one?

The car I drive

The first car I got and still drive today is a 1995 two door tahoe. Its red and has the z71 offroading package. I've had this car for a little over three years and i love it. I still havent managed to total it like a lot of my friends did with their first car. Even though it is 14 years old im glad it was the first car i got. What was the first kind of car you got?

My favorite movie

Since i was little i have always liked sport cars or anything that goes fast. So wen the first fast and the furious movie came out i was hooked. this movie had good actors combined with fast cars and a good plot. It also had my favorite actor paul walker as the main charachter. Since they made the fast and the furious they have made three more. I didnt really like these last 3 as much as the first one, but what did u think?

If I had a superpower

If you could have any kind of superpower what kind of power would you have? This is a question that I've heard many times throughout my life and now I know my answer. I would pick the power to fly because it would be awesome. I've always wanted to know what it would be like to fly. if i could fly i would go all around the world exploring everything. this would be a blast. my next choice of superpower would be to turn invisible. If you could have any type of superpower what would it be?

El Dorado Country Club

The El Dorado Country Club is the place that I have worked since I turned 16. The job that I have there is the Cart boy. This job is pretty much the easiest job you can have and its pretty fun most of the time. We have to clean the carts and put balls on the driving range and most of our other time is spent goofing around or playing golf. This job is fun and allows me to play all the free golf I want which is a plus. Right now I only make 7 dollars an hour but its not that bad. What kind of jobs do yall have?

My worst injury

One day I was out playing golf with some friends and we were playin around with the golf carts. Well I got going a little to fast needless to say and then it happened. We were flying down this hill as fast as we could go and all andy was saying was "stouty don't do it". But I did it anyway, I drove into the grass and started to do a power slide. It was going good for a couple of seconds then i felt the cart starting to flip. At this point there was nothing that I could do. We rolled the cart over on its side. After the shock of flipping over we both realized we were alive. The kids we were playing with were crying laughing and then they helped us flip it back over. I ended up breaking my pinkie but it wasnt as bad as it could have been.

Superbowl 43

This superbowl involved the Arizona Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was a very close game ending with Santonio Holmes catching a six yard pass for a touchdown. This game was exciting the whole time and was never a blow out. A good game for the superbowl. Did you pick the right team in your superbowl choice?

Swine Flu

Schools all around Texas State are shutting there doors for around a week. Why? This is because kids at these schools have been diagnosed with the Swine flu and the schools cannot risk the infection spreading to all the other kids. Out of the 40 or more cases in the United States only one has resulted in death but many people in mexico have died. Just make sure if you think you might be getting the flu to go to the doctor and get yourself checked out.
